We offer Insured Shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 to most products. Insured Shipping is a service that protects you against lost, stolen or damaged packages. We will reimburse or replace the product(s) at no cost to you if an insured package does not reach its destination, or if it's damaged when it's delivered.
Lost & Stolen Package Claim: A lost and stolen package insurance claim can be file anytime between 0-60 days after the estimated delivery time-frame or when the tracking number shows the package as delivered.
Product Damaged Claim: A product damaged insurance claim can be file anytime between 0-60 days after the package is delivered.

Miami Facility Shipping
Merchandises in our Miami warehouse will be processed once payment has cleared; it may take up to two (2) business days. We will send a tracking email when information is available. The estimated shipping time-frame is between two (2) - 10 business days.
Storage Facility Shipping
Merchandises in our storage warehouse will be processed once payment has cleared; it may take up to seven (7) business days. We will send a tracking email when information is available. The estimated shipping time-frame is between seven (7) - 30 business days.
